2.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Users between 13 and 18 may use the Platform with parental consent. Users under 13 are not permitted.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or create risk for the Platform.

4.5 Holiday and Scheduled Break Policy
Scheduled Breaks: Boston English Center may observe scheduled breaks, including but not limited to public holidays, religious holidays, or operational closures. These breaks are part of the course structure and are accounted for in the subscription pricing.
No Compensation or Extension: No refunds, credits, extensions, or compensatory sessions will be provided for any scheduled breaks or holidays during an active subscription period.
Subscription Continuity: Subscriptions remain active and billing continues during scheduled breaks or holidays. Access to the platform and services will resume according to the regular schedule following the break.
Post-Cancellation Limitation: Once a subscription is canceled, no compensation, refund, or adjustment will be provided for any prior scheduled breaks or unused time, regardless of usage.
Acceptance of Terms: By subscribing to Boston English Center, the user acknowledges and agrees to this Holiday and Scheduled Break Policy.

Classes and Scheduling
5.1 Scheduling
Group classes depend on availability and matching with other students. Private classes allow more flexibility.
5.2 Attendance
Missed classes are not refunded. Private sessions may be rescheduled. Group sessions cannot be rescheduled.
5.3 Teacher Absence
If a teacher is absent, we will reschedule the class or assign a replacement.

No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific educational results, test scores, or outcomes from using the Platform.
8.
Data and Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Teachers may receive limited student information necessary to deliver services and must handle it securely.
9.
Anti-Circumvention
Users may not directly contact, hire, or engage with teachers outside the Platform. Any attempt to bypass the Platform may result in immediate account termination.
10.
Payment Failure
If payment fails, access to the Platform may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
11.
Chargebacks Protection
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting support. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery actions.
12.
No Employment Relationship
Teachers are independent contractors and not employees of Boston English Center. Boston English Center is not responsible for employment-related claims.
13.
Clarify Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for:
- Missed classes
- Partial usage
- Unused sessions
- Scheduling conflicts

Limitation on Claims Time
Any claim must be brought within 6 months of the event, or it is permanently waived.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and technology are owned by Boston English Center.
15.2 Teaching Materials
All materials created by teachers for use on the Platform are the property of Boston English Center.
15.3 User Content

Users are responsible for having a stable internet connection, appropriate device, and suitable environment to attend sessions. Technical issues on the user's side do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.

Abuse / Harassment / Behavior
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward teachers, staff, or other users.
30.
No Reliance Clause
You acknowledge that you are using the Platform at your own risk and that you do not rely on the Platform for any guaranteed outcome or specific purpose.
31.
Assignment Clause
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Remtoo LLC, operating as Boston English Center.

Certificate of Completion Policy
Remtoo LLC - Boston English Center issues Certificates of Completion to students who successfully complete their course and meet the requirements outlined below. The certificate serves as proof of course completion and is for personal, educational, or professional development purposes only:
34.1 Eligibility
To receive a Certificate of Completion from Remtoo LLC - Boston English Center, students must:
- Successfully complete all required coursework
- Pass the final exam for their specific course or level.
34.2 Final Exam Requirement
- The final exam must be taken online through the official Remtoo LLC - Boston English Center system.
- Exams taken outside the official system or not completed will not qualify for a certificate.
34.3 Certificate Issuance
- Certificates are issued automatically upon successful completion of the final exam.
- Students are responsible for downloading and saving their certificate immediately.
- Certificates are not stored permanently in our system. If a student retakes an exam, the previous certificate is automatically deleted and replaced with the new certificate for the new level achieved.
- No duplicate or replacement certificates will be issued. If lost, students may retake a placement test to verify their level.
34.4 Certificate Format
- Certificates are provided in digital format (PDF) only.
- Students may print their certificate themselves if desired.
- Remtoo LLC - Boston English Center does not provide printed certificates.
34.5 Validity and Accreditation
- The Certificate of Completion is not accredited by any state, government, or educational body.
- It serves only as proof of completing a specific course level at Remtoo LLC - Boston English Center.
- The certificate cannot be used for visa applications, college admissions, or formal academic/professional accreditation.
34.6 Use of Certificates
- Certificates may be used for personal achievement, professional development, or educational record-keeping.
- Misrepresentation of the certificate for academic or professional gain is strictly prohibited.
34.7 Expiration
- Certificates do not expire.
- The course content and level reflect the period of completion.
34.8 Student Responsibility
- Students must ensure that their account information and email address are accurate to receive their certificate.
- Lost or unclaimed certificates cannot be reissued.
34.9 Privacy and Security
- Certificates are tied to the student's account and are non-transferable.
- Any attempt to falsify, edit, or manipulate a certificate may result in revocation by Remtoo LLC - Boston English Center.
